Hunter’s Escape Rules

• ALL hunters must sign waivers of liability and have on their person when hunting on all properties. Hunter’s Escape and Landowner will be scouting properties to make sure all hunters are registered.
• All gates must remain closed and locked at all times
• Do not block gates or roads with vehicles
• Hunters who allow cows to get out will be held responsible for any and all damages.
• Hunters must be knowledgeable and obey all game laws. Ignorance of laws is no excuse.
• Retrieve all downed birds when possible
• Always practice gun safety.
• Police all spent shells and any trash that you carry onto field.
• All dogs must be managed by their owners. Hunters must work together so that a surplus of dogs does not occur.
• No alcoholic beverages are allowed on the leases.
• No driving on lease roads unless to hunting sites.
• No headlights while on lease roads before sunrise
• No walking on levees to and from blinds.
• All hunters must be out of field/blind by 11:30 A.M.
• All decoys must be picked up after hunt.
• No skyblasting will be allowed.
• Absolutely NO driving on reservoirs.
• No driving on indicated lease roads when conditions are poor.
• THE DUCK HUNTER'S CLUB members are allowed to hunt only on: SAT, SUN., & WED
• Hunter's Escape has the right to refuse hunting privileges to any hunter who is deemed unsatisfactory in physical or mental condition the day of the hunt. All monies will be refunded.
• All day hunts require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure date. All balances must be paid in full before hunt.
